It is much more difficult to judge oneself than to judge others.
If you succeed in judging yourself rightly, then you are indeed a man of true wisdom.

Patch Notes

The latest patch notes were released today. You can find them here. Blizzard is hoping to make the download for this next patch available during the downtime this weekend. The plan is that when the servers are eventually ready to come back online, everyone should already be patched and ready to go.
Here are the biggest changes you'll see in the next patch:
"Dwarves can no longer be Mages, though Dwarf Mages already made in the beta will not be deleted.
"Raid parties have been added, allowing up to 40 players to be grouped.
"Reputation has been implemented, allowing players to have different reputations with different races (note that "Alliance and Horde are locked as enemies).[/li]
"There are now improved mounts at level 60 with faster movement speeds and a much higher cost.[/li]
"And many other very cool updates to the game!.
Please note that while Blizzard puts every effort into making the beta patch notes as complete as possible, some changes are bound to go undocumented. This is because there are an extensive number of changes that are being done in every area of World of Warcraft up until the moment the patch content is locked down, and Blizzard's primary focus is on completing the game for launch. After launch, patch changes will be documented more completely.
