Spellsurge is a group ehant. Don't worry about it unless you have multle people getting it in a group. It's something like 11.5 or so mp5.1.) Unless you have 2-3 others in the same raid group every week with spellsurge, 81 healing is more worth it. 2.) In yourase, the lurker breastplate is an upgrade, you need therit more than the healing. Keep the Warrior. With an Enhaement Shaman your team's entire DPS reservoirould easily be kited into oburity.
